Our Experience
We have worked with great companies over the years, Bank of America, Wachovia, Capital One, Wells Fargo, MB Financial, Trustmark, One West Bank, to name a few. We have created a near endless number of branches, merchandising system, associate playbooks, new formats, specialized customer experiences, ATM installs, digital messaging, roll-out programs transformation initiatives, and all things bank. Our work in other markets, such as building digital smart city infrastructure with Duke Energy, makes us uniquely capable. We love what we do and believe the best time for retail banking is yet to come.
Our Founder
Designlab was founded by Louis Lombardi to provide clients a more efficient and higher value creative partner. He has spent nearly 30 years in the creative field, successfully partnering with some of the most incredible (and demanding) companies, big and small.
